Our custom table top builders allow you to configure table tops in any size with many thickness options in Hard Maple, Ash, Cherry, White Oak, Black Walnut, Sapele and African Mahogany hardwoods. Our heirloom quality custom made handcrafted table, desk and island tops are made from premium kiln dried hardwoods in our production woodworking shop. We offer standard thicknesses from .75" to 2.5" for table tops, counters and work surfaces using premium wide boards and meticulous glue joints.
Our custom made solid hardwood tops are finished in our low VOC polyurethane finish or offered unfinished and finish sanded. Our heirloom quality finish is low maintenance, durable and resembles a hand-rubbed finish that allows the texture of the grain to remain apparent. Our finish, while being very durable, is also easy to renew which represents increased value to homeowners and restaurant, dining & commercial establishments. Our finished tops will ship within 20 working days, while unfinished table tops with be shipped within 15 working days of order date. Our Heralded No-Ring Finish: Our custom hardwood tables tops are finished with our low maintenance and no-ring polyurethane 2k finish. Our finish resembles a fine hand rubbed finish while providing protection need for even a busy restaurant table top. Our finish is extremely durable and will never exhibit water rings.
We offer custom made solid wood, steel and stainless legs and bases for your table tops
Quality Table Legs and Bases: Our solid hardwood table legs are the highest furniture quality available while our stainless and welded steel are crafted to be used with hardwood tops. We use thicker top plates, elongated holes for attachment points that allow for seasonal wood movement and most have levelers attached.
Custom Made for You: You can choose your size and select your material for table legs and bases with our online configurators. Select the options available of contact us for custom dimensions, configurations and powder coating finishes.
Tables and Tops are Shipped Nationally and Professionally Crated
Nationwide Shipping and Local Pick Up: We ship our tops direct from our East Dundee, Illinois wood shop to your doorstep, or curbside, depending on location. We ship smaller tops FedEx ground and use our trusted logistics partner to ship and deliver larger tops and tables.*
*We currently ship our table tops to the Continental U.S. only. Tops larger than those that conform to standard-size FedEx ground shipping requirements will be shipped via freight - logistics partner. Shipping time vary by location and by carrier. Pick up is available at our East Dundee, IL furniture and table showroom and we also deliver to the greater Chicago area.
